Recipe Ingredients for the latest banana bread

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup of melted earth balance
3 mashed bananas
1 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for the latest banana bread

  1. oven to 350

  2. mix dry in a seperate bowl, including sugar

  3. mash bananas in a large bowl, add 2 beaten eggs.

  4. add melted (and cooled) earth balance. stir and gradually add flour and nuts.

  5. pour into a large greased loaf pan, cook for 50-1 hr depending on your oven.
