1 large Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, White
0.33 cup Frozen Bell Peppers
1 oz Premium Black Forest Ham
0.5 slice Deli Style Sliced Medium Cheddar Cheese
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Late Morning Omelet

lightly saute the peppers, remove from pan. Add beaten egg + egg white. Allow to cook on one side, flip. Towards one side, put in peppers, pieces of ham and half a slice of cheese, fold in half and serve.
