Recipe Ingredients for lasagne (without pasta)

1 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
4 tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 zucchini
6 large mushrooms
15 fl oz crushed tomatoes
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup red wine
3 cups non fat milk
3/4 cup becel
3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for lasagne (without pasta)

  1. meat, vegetables, garlic, tomatoes etc in slow cooker

  2. make white roux sauce

  3. assemble lasagne and bake
