Recipe Ingredients for Lasagne

250 g beef mince
400 g tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
3 stalks celery
4 carrots
6 cups spinach
1/4 red pepper
1/4 cup broccoli
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
5 cloves garlic
2 small onion

Recipe Directions for Lasagne

  1. Dice then saute garlic and onions and salt/herbs.

  2. Brown mince, combine and set aside.

  3. Chop peppers and celery, saute then add tinned tomatoes. Simmer until celery is soft.

  4. Wilt spinach, drain, set aside.

  5. Grate carrots.

  6. Layer lasagne, red sauce, pasta,red sauce, spinach, carrot meat, red sauce etc etc.

  7. Cover top layer of pasta with cheese sauce.

  8. Bake.
