One dish meal using no-boil lasagne noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagne

1/2 lb lean hamburger,browned
16 oz Ragu
16 oz low fat cottage cheese
1 cup parmesean cheese,shredded
8 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 cups fresh spinach
1 lb lasagna noodles

Recipe Directions for Lasagne

  1. Combine browned hamburger and Ragu.

  2. Spread one cup Ragu in bottom of 9x13 pan.

  3. Layer on 1/3 of noodles, 1 cup sauce, 1/3 of monterey jack cheese, 1/3 of parmesean cheese, 1/2 of cottage cheese and 1/2 of spinach. Repeat.

  4. Finish with 1/3 of noodles, 1 cup of sauce, 1/3 of monterey jack cheese and 1/3 of parmesean cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
