Easy No Cook Noodle Recipe. Use Barilla noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagne

1 pound lean ground beef
9 ounces pasta noodles
24 ounces hunts spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
16 ounces cottage cheese
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Lasagne

  1. Preheat to 350 degrees

  2. Brown ground beef

  3. Spray 9 X 13 cooking pan with nonstick spray.

  4. Spread a layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan.

  5. Add the rest of the spaghetti sauce to browned ground beef.

  6. Add eggs to cottage cheese and mix.

  7. Place a layer of noodles in the bottom of the pan.

  8. Add layer of sauce/meat mixture.

  9. Add layer of cottage cheese/mozzarella cheese.

  10. Repeat layers. End with sauce.

  11. Cover with foil. Bake for 50 minutes.

  12. Remove foil. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake in oven uncovered until cheese is melted.
