An easier version of a family favorite.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagne with no boil noodles

8 oz pasta,Lasagne
16 oz cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
24 oz spaghetti sauce
1 lb hamburger

Recipe Directions for Lasagne with no boil noodles

  1. Brown hamburger and combine with spaghetti sauce.

  2. Just cover the bottom of a 9x13in pan with sauce mix.

  3. Place layer of dry lasagne noodles over sauce. You may need to break some to fill in the spaces.

  4. Mix cottage cheese with egg and spread over layer of noodles.

  5. Cover this with 1/2 of remaining sauce, then 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of parmesan.

  6. Place another layer of noodles, meat and cheeses.

  7. Bake, tightly covered with tin foil, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

  8. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.

  9. Let it sit for 15 minutes prior to cutting and serving.
