Recipe Ingredients for Lasagne with ground Turkey

11 sheets Blue Menu 100% Whole Wheat Pasta Lasagne
300 grams maple leaf prime extra lean minced turkey with seasoning
650 mL primo garlic and herb pasta sauce
500 grams Nordica Fat Free
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters
1 cup Shredded Carrots
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 cloves, raw Garlic

Recipe Directions for Lasagne with ground Turkey

  1. Preat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Brown ground turkey. Add garlic.

  3. Add pasta sauce, green and red peppers and water. Allow to simmer for 10 mins.

  4. In a seperate bowl mix shredded mozzerella, egg, and cottage cheese. Set aside.

  5. Arrange alternating layers of sauce, pasta noodles, cheese mixutre and vegetables. Until all ingrediants are used.

  6. Bake covered for 40 mins. Uncover for additional 20 or until desired tenderness.
