Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna with Whole Wheat Noodles

6 oz Healthy Harvest Lasagna
12 oz Ground Turkey Breast
8 oz Organic Traditional Tomato and Basil Sauce
15 oz Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
1/2 cup Tomato Products
2 cup Natural Cheese
0.5 oz Parmesan, Hard Cheese
2 serving Egg Beaters Florentine
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
16 oz Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Lasagna with Whole Wheat Noodles

Ground turkey on stove top. Add raw onions, minced garlic cloves. Cook until onions soften up. Add tomato sauces, tomato paste and seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes. Mix 1/2 of mozzarella, parmesan, cottage cheese and egg beaters. Mix well. Add one cup of sauce in bottom 9 x 13 dish. Layer 3 uncooked noodles on top of sauce. Layer 1/2 of cheese mixture on top of noodles. Add 1 cup of sauce on top of cheese. Continue to layer cheese mix, sauce and noodles. Cook covered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Uncover and cook for 5 more minutes.
