A delcious combination of tomato and cheeses in a hearty hot soup

Recipe Ingredients for lasagna soup

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
170 grams Onion Yellow
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
3 oz Tomato Paste
6 Cube Stock Cubes
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Spices Oregano Leaves
1 oz Bay Leaves
1 serving Crushed Red Pepper
13 oz Whole Wheat Rotini
8 serving Cottage Cheese Fat Free
8 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for lasagna soup

brown ground beef, onions in skillet. put into 5 qt crock pot and cook with tomatoes, paste, 6 cups of chicken broth oregano, bay leaves and red pepper. Cook 6-8 hours on low. 1/2 hour before serviing, add rotini to the soup. In bowls, put 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with a tsp of grated parmesan cheese. Pour hot soup over it. Yumm!!
