Easy and delicious lasagna that is individually rolled to help control portion size

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Rolls

12 pc Lasagna Noodles
16 oz Part Skim Ricotta
1 large Egg, Yolk
24 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
2 cup Spinach
1 medium Carrots
0.67 cup Cheese
23 oz Sauce, Pasta, Spaghetti/marinara, Ready-to-serve

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Rolls

  1. cook noodles, lay flat and pat dry

  2. mix together all other ingredients (except sauce and mozzarella) and line noodles with this mixture

  3. roll noodle up and place seam down in a greased baking dish

  4. top each roll with sauce and mozzarella

  5. bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
