Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Roll-ups

8 oz Lasagna
15 oz Ricotta Fresh Cheese
10 oz Spinach
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 oz Fancy Parmesan Shredded Cheese
1 medium Egg, Whole
26 oz Chunky Onions and Garlic Sauce

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Roll-ups

  1. Cook and drain 10 lasagna noodles.

  2. Combine the three cheeses, spinach, and egg.

  3. Spread about 1/3C mixture on each noodle. Roll up.

  4. Pour 1/2 C pasta sauce in bottom of 4.5 quart open roaster.

  5. Arrange pasta rolls in roaster, seam side down.

  6. Top rolls with remaining sauce.

  7. Cover with foil or roaster lid.

  8. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees, or until heated through.
