Another great recipe from Dashing Dish. : ) I changed the amounts of stuff to work with what I had on hand. Can't wait to sample this! http://dashingdish.com/recipe/lasagna-roll-ups/

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Roll ups

484 g ground turkey
1 package frozen chopped spinach
680 ml Hunts Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup light cottage cheese
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
189 g lasagna noodles
1 tsp Italiano Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Roll ups

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour 1 cup of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Set aside.

  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil, and cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. The CC version of this recipe uses 10 noodles.

  3. Meanwhile, in a medium size bowl, mix together meat, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, spinach, 1/4 cup parmesan, and spices. I blended the cottage cheese and sauce with a hand blender a bit before adding the rest in.

  4. When noodles are cooked, drain in a colander, and lay on a kitchen towel to dry. Start assembling lasagna roll ups by spreading 1/10 of the meat mixture over each individual lasagna noodle.

  5. Pour the remaining sauce over the noodles, and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese, over the top.

  6. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes covered with foil, remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

  7. Remove, let cool, serve and enjoy!
