Lasagna Roll-Ups with Ground Beef and Spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Roll-Ups with Ground Beef

18 pc Lasagna Noodles
16 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
30 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
6 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
6 cup Spinach
3 cup Traditional Pasta Sauce

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Roll-Ups with Ground Beef

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Preheat over to 350 degrees.

  3. Meanwhile brown the ground beef and chop up the spinach.

  4. In medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cooked ground beef.

  5. Spread about 1/3 cup cheese mixture on each pasta noodle, roll up.

  6. Pour small amount of pasta sauce into bottom of baking dishes.

  7. Arrange pasta rolls, seam sides down in dish. Top with remaining sauce.

  8. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 35 minutes or until hot.
