Alleycat lady's Lasagna roll up recipe with ground beef

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Roll-up with Beef

8 ounce Lasagna
15 ounce fat free ricotta cheese
10 ounce chopped spinach
4 ounce reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
26 ounce pasta sauce
8 ounce lean ground beef

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Roll-up with Beef

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Preheat over to 350 degrees.

  3. In medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan and egg.

  4. Spread about 1/3 cup cheese mixture on each pasta noodle, roll up.

  5. Pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce into bottom of 4.5 quart open roaster.

  6. Arrange pasta rolls, seam sides down in dish. Top with remaining sauce.

  7. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 35 minutes or until hot
