Traditional Meat Lasagna rolled to make easy individual servings

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Roll w/Meat

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
12 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
24 tsp Parmesan Original
1 large Egg, Whole
12 pc Lasagna Noodles
2 cup Traditional Pasta Sauce
0.5 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Roll w/Meat

  1. cook ground beef with tomatoes and desired seasoning (garlic, onion, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, savory, etc)

  2. mix beef and tomatoes with all other ingredients except noodles, sauce and mozzarella

  3. cook noodles, rinse with cold water, lay flat and pat dry

  4. fill each noodle with mixture and a bit of sauce, roll up and place in a greased baking pan

  5. fill pan with rolls then top each roll with sauce and cheese

  6. bake at 350 for 40 minutes
