Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

9 lasagna noodles Express Lasagne
1 lb Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
700 grams (1 jar) Tomato paste
1/2 cup Water
2 cups (500 ml) Cottage Cheese
4 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. 1. Cook lasagna. Rinse with cold water.

  2. 2. Brown meat. Add pasta sauce and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 min.

  3. 3. Combine cottage cheese & egg.

  4. 4. Spread few spoonfuls of meat sauce over bottom of 9 X13 baking dish.

  5. 5. Lay 3 lasagne noodles.

  6. 6. Lay more meat sauce.

  7. 7. Lay 3 more lasagna noodles.

  8. 8. Lay cottage cheese mixture.

  9. 9. Lay last 3 lasagna noodles.

  10. 10. Lay remaining meat sauce.

  11. 11. Top with cheese.

  12. 12. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Lets sit for 10 min. before serving.
