Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 lb lasagna noodles
42 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
3 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 cups Italian Four Cheese Blend
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/2 cup onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
3 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

Brown ground turkey and onion together until about done then add garlic. Empty access oil and add stewed tomatoes, breaking up tomato pieces. Add tomato paste, paprka, italian seasoning and chili powder then let simmer. Boil water and add lasagna noodles until they are tender, drain water. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese in a casserole dish. Bake on 350 for about an hour or until cheese is bubbly and heated throughout. Let stand uncovered for 30-45 minutes to set up before serving.
