Baked Casserole with Bolognese sauce and white sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

200 grams Beef
10 rings Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
4 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 tbsp Regular Spread
22 grams Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
150 grams Lasagna

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Fry mince meat in pan until brown, remove and cook onions and garlic until soft. Add canned tomatoes and half a can on water. Add herbs if desired. Cook on stove top 20 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile cook benecol in other pan, when melted and bubbling add flour and cook for 1 minute, add milk and cook until thick sauce.

  3. Layer both sauces and pasta sheets and put into oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
