This is half by recipie, half by throw together.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

6 tsp Minced Garlic
32 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
16 oz Zesty Hot Pork Sausage
5 oz Flakes Minced Onion
13 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
16 tsp Oregano, Ground
3 Teaspoon Basil
9 Teaspoon Parsley
40 oz Chunky Onions and Garlic Sauce
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Cook meat together with garlic and onion until browned.

  2. Add spices and Ro Tel

  3. Add 3 cups of Ragu Sauce

  4. Let simmer.

  5. Cook Lasagna until tender, drain, rinse with cold water.

  6. Put small amount of Meat on bottom of Large dish

  7. Lay lasagna on top of that.

  8. Put cottage cheese on top of that then add more lasagna noodles, meat, 1/2 of mozzerella cheese then noodles.

  9. Finally cover with 2 cups Ragu Sauce.

  10. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in over at 350 for 30 min. Uncover and add remaining mozz cheese and parmesean cheese and bake for additional 15 minutes uncovered or until cheese is melted.
