Amazing homemade lasagna :) Lots of thick good sauce!

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

4 oz Lasagna
20 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
24 oz Nonfat Cottage Cheese
16 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 medium White Onion
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
14 oz Tomato Soup
14 oz Tomato Paste
1.5 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1.5 tsp Oregano, Ground
1.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Brown beef in large skillet; drain. Add chopped green pepper and onion. Stir in tomato soup, tomato paste, and herbs. Add up to 1 cup water to thin sauce, if needed.

  2. Layer sauce with cooked noodles and cheeses in 9x13 pan; bake at 350 for app. 45 minutes.
