Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

24 oz Tomato Sauce
24 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 full glass (6.0 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped(149 g) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium Onions
4 tsp Garlic
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
6 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
8 serving lasagna noodles price chopper
32 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
16 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

Coat bottom of pan with sauce, lay down 3 lasagna noodles. Drop about half of the ricotta around the three noodles and mozzarela, cover with sauce, repeat. Last layer cover with mozzorella
