A cheesy lasagna! No need to cook noodles ahead of time.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

10 pc Lasagna Noodles
26 oz Spaghetti Sauce Four Cheese
16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
8 oz Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
5 oz Tomato Paste No Salt Added
24 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
2 tsp Parsley, Dried
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Brown beef.

  2. Drain.

  3. Mix with sauce and paste.

  4. In another bowl, mix together eggs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and 1 cup mozzerella.

  5. In 9x13 pan, place 3/4 cup of sauce down.

  6. Make a layer of 5 lasagn noodles.

  7. Top noodles with half of cheese mixture.

  8. Top with half of sauce mix.

  9. Repeat layer starting with noodles.

  10. Top with 1/4 cup parm and 1 cup mozzerella.

  11. Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
