Spinach and ground beef - Delicious Lasagna

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

454 grams Pasta noodles
10 oz chopped spinach
680 grams cottage cheese, 1% low fat
737 grams Pasta sauce
454 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 pound ground beef

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Brown the ground beef

  2. mix the eggs, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and spinach in a bowl

  3. Layer sauce, noodles, spinach mixture, ground beef and mozzarella cheese.

  4. top with mozarella cheese

  5. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees

  6. Let sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
