Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
194 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
707 grams RAgu Light Pasta Sauce Tomato Basil
6 oz Lasagna
174 grams Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
196 grams Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
25 grams Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. brown ground beef; drain

  2. add in zucchini and 1tsp of each spice cook until fork tender

  3. add sauce and rest of spices

  4. meanwhile bring a large stockpot of water to a boil

  5. boil lasagna noodles according to package directions

  6. layer sauce, noodles, and cheeses in an 8 x 8 baking dish

  7. bake for 30 minutes covered with foil in a 350 degree oven

  8. take the foil off the last 5 minutes until the top is brown and bubbly!

  9. enjoy!!!
