Lasagna with spinach and chunky tomato sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

6 1/2 oz. lasagna noodles
8 oz. tomato paste
36 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese
8 cups spinach, chopped
2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 T basil
2 t oregano
1/2 t garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

Cook the noodles as directed until firm. Cook the turkey and onion until onion is transparent and turker is cooked through. Add the tomatoes, Tomato paste, spices and spinach. Simmer until spinach is well wilted. Mix together cottage cheese, egg, parmesan and all but 1/2 cup of the mozzarella. Layer tomato mixture, then noodle, tomato mixture, cottange cheese mixture, repeating once then top third layer of noodles with tomato mixture and reserved mozzarella. bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
