Lasagna with special homemade sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

2 large onions, diced
6 cloves garlic, diced
4 cups tomato paste
2 zucchini
1 eggplant
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
500 g beef, minced
400 g mushrooms, chopped
333 ml beer
300 g mozzarella cheese
600 g parmesan cheese
1/4 cup basil
400 g pasta, lasagna
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Mix all ingredientes except cheese and pasta

  2. cook pasta separately

  3. in a pan, layer of pasta, layer of meat, layer of cheese. On top just a layer of pasta and layer of cheese.

  4. put in oven for 30 min, removing tin foil from top when 10 min left to brown

  5. takes 2 hours to make
