Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

12 ounces pasta
32 ounces spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
32 ounces part skim ricotta cheese
16 ounces spinach
1 cup parmesean cheese
12 ounces part skim mozzarella cheese
12 ounces turkey sausage

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. boil lasagna

  2. cook turkey sausage

  3. beat two eggs in large bowel; add ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesean cheese, and spinach. Mx together.

  4. Open jar of sauce and pour enough to lightly cover bottem of 13x9 pan. Lay 3 lasagna noodles in bottem of pan. Spoon half the meat mixture into the pan spreading evenly. Spoon half the cheese mixture over the meat mixture, evenly. Cover with three more noodles. Repeat meat, cheese and noodle layers.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
