Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

2 cups noodles, whole wheat
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 cups spinach
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, low-fat
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, skim

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. cook lasagna pasta,

  2. cook ground turkey, add onions and garlic

  3. add diced tomatoes and spinach

  4. layer meat, pasta, and cheese

  5. bake in 400 degree oven for half-hour
