Easy turkey lasagna - use mild/Italian flavored sausage and you won't need to season!

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

1 pound turkey sausage
2 jars Ragu sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
8 ounce lasagna noodles
12 ounce ricotta cheese
2 cups baby spinach leaves (approx.)
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Cut open sausage casings and brown meat in 10? skillet. Drain and add garlic and 1 jar of sauce. Turn heat to low.

  2. In bottom of 9x13 pan, spread cup of meatless sauce.

  3. Lay 3 noodles over sauce. Spread of the ricotta over the noodles. Top with of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella, and 1 cup (or one layer) of baby spinach leaves.

  4. Repeat step #3.

  5. Finish with last three noodles, remaining meatless sauce, and remaining mozzarella.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake additional 10 minutes.

  7. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
