Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
14 oz diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 egg, beaten
125 g (6 noodles) dried lasagna noodles
15 oz ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

Brown meat, onion, and garlic. Add tomatos, tomato sauce, paste, and herbs. Separately mix egg, ricotta, and parmesan. Layer noodles, meat mix, cheese mix, then mozzarella... 2 times. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
