Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

14 ounce noodles
1.17 pound hamburger
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 ounce tomato sauce
2 ounce ricotta cheese
1 ounce shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

Cook Lasagna according to package directions. In large skillet, combine sausage ,onion, and garlic. Cook until sausage is no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain. Stir in next six ingredients. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. In medium bowl, blend ricotta, egg, parsley, and salt. Spread a thin layer of sauce in a baking pan. Layer one-third each: lasagna, sauce, ricotta mixture, parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Cover. Bake in a 375 degree oven.
