Recipe Ingredients for lasagna

350 g lean ground beef
1 onion
125 g button mushrooms
600 g tomatoes, chopped
100 g carrots
1 tbs garlic
2 tbs oil
180 g lasagna pasta sheets
500 ml low fat milk
2 tbs flour
30 g butter
100 g cheddar, grated

Recipe Directions for lasagna

  1. Fry onions, carrots, oil, garlic and mushrooms.

  2. Add mince.

  3. Add tomatoes.

  4. Add herbs to taste and simmer until cooked.

  5. Melt butter in microwave.

  6. Add flour and milk. Heat for 2 minutes or until thickened.

  7. Layer bolognese sauce, pasta and white sauce. Finish with a layer of white sauce and top with cheese.

  8. Bake.
