Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

2 eggs
5 links (112.0 g) turkey Italian sausage
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
4 cups low fat cottage cheese
2 cups pasta sauce
8 oz lasagna noodles
8 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Cook sausage and drain.

  2. Mix eggs, most of the mozzarella and the cottage cheese.

  3. Put sauce in the pan then arrange noodles.
