Lasagna with meat sauce and gorgonzola

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

2 oz dry lasagna noodles
1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. add sauce to bottom of pan

  2. add one layer noodles (dry no boil variety)

  3. layer ground beef, cheese

  4. three layers then top with mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheese

  5. cook 375 for 50 minutes covered by foil

  6. bake 5 more minutes w/o foil

  7. let sit 15 minutes
