Slightly reduced fat because of rinsing the cooked hamburger before putting it all together.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

1 lbs ground beef
2 lbs mozzarella cheese
32 oz. tomato sauce
3 oz. tomato paste
1 onion, diced
1/2 lb dry lasagna noodles
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Cook crumbled ground beef.

  2. Rinse meat with hot water and return to pan.

  3. Add onion and garlic, cook til clear.

  4. Add seasonings and tomatos and simmer.

  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions

  6. Layer sauce, noodles and grated cheese in 9x13 pan.

  7. End with cheese.

  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
