The normal kind in my big lasagna pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

2 eggs
32 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz lasagna
24 oz Spaghetti sauce
32 oz italian sausage
1 cup parmesan cheese
4 cups mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
12 oz artichoke hearts
1/4 cup butter
1 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. combine onion, 2 cloves garlic (minced), olive oil, and sausage- fry in skillet until browned.

  2. Add above sausage mixture to 16 oz spaghetti sauce-add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and mix into mixture. set aside

  3. In medium bowl, mix eggs, ricotta, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. set aside

  4. boil lasagna noodles and set aside.

  5. saute mushrooms and artichoke hearts in butter with the remainder of the garlic (1 clove minced) until mushrooms are tender.

  6. spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in the bottom of lasagna pan. Add one layer (1/2) of Lasagna noodles. Add one layer (1/2) of ricotta cheese mixture. Add One layer (1/2)of sausage mixture. Add one layer (1/2) of mozzarella cheese. Add one layer(all)the mushroom mixture.

  7. Add one layer (the rest) of Lasagna noodles. Add one layer (the rest) of ricotta cheese mixture. Add One layer (the rest)of sausage mixture. Add one layer (the rest) of mozzarella cheese.

  8. Cover and bake in preheated oven (375 degrees) for 1 hour.
