Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

16 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles
16 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese
16 oz fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
24 oz spaghetti sauce

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Layer uncooked noodles, cheese and sauce until baking pan is full

  2. Final layer should be noodles covered in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

  3. Bake covered 40 minutes, uncovered 50 minutes at 400 degrees
