Spinach and mushroom lasagna I have no idea; dads recipe. I just know the amounts! :) **Note: It uses 24 lasagna noodles, 4/85g. I did that to find the pasta grams to get the right nutritional value. As for layers:

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

8 oz Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese
454 grams Ricotta, Whole Milk Cheese
12 oz Spinach
3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1140 grams Spaghetti
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
48 fl oz Tomato Juice
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1 large Onions
3 tablespoons oregano

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. Layer of sauce

  2. Layer of pasta

  3. Layer of spinach/ricotta

  4. Layer of sauce

  5. Layer of pasta

  6. Layer of mushrooms

  7. Layer of sauce

  8. Layer of pasta

  9. Layer of sauce

  10. Layer of mozzarella

  11. Sprinkle of parmesan (to taste)

  12. Bake for 35 minutes.
