Lasagna made with oven-ready noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

6 cloves garlic
15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
6 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 ounce asiago cheese
1 jar Ragu sauce
10 ounces ground turkey
1 box barilla no-boil lasagna noodles

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

  1. brown 10 ounces ground turkey

  2. add one jar Ragu sauce and 3/4 cup water

  3. simmer for 10 minutes

  4. meanwhile, mix 2 cups mozzarella, 3/4 cup parmesan, 1/4 cup asiago, and 15 ounces part-skim ricotta in a bowl

  5. spray 9/13 pan with non-stick cooking spray

  6. put one cup of sauce on bottom

  7. layer four noodles

  8. spread 1/2 ricotta mixture on noodles

  9. spread 1 cup sauce on ricotta mixture

  10. sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella

  11. layer four noodles

  12. spread 1 cup sauce on noodles

  13. spread 1.5 cups mozzarella on sauce

  14. layer four noodles

  15. spread the rest of the ricotta mixture on noodles

  16. spread the rest of the sauce on ricotta mixture

  17. sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella

  18. spread four noodles

  19. sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan

  20. cover with foil

  21. bake for 50 minutes covered

  22. bake for 10 minutes uncovered

  23. let sit 10-20 minutes before cutting
