Really good and filling...I use PC Blue Menu whole grain lasagna sheets and Blue Menu low fat mozzarella sheredded cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

1 lbs ground turkey
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 cups parmesan cheese
2 cups 2% cottage cheese
1 onion
3 tbs garlic
1 cup chopped red pepper
2 cup mushrooms
4 cup spinach
2 tbs parsley
2 tbs basil
1 tsp oregano
1 lb whole wheat lasagna
28 oz tomatoes
2 tbs tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

Brown the turkey, add chopped onion, red pepper, sliced mushrooms and garlic, cook about 10 mins. Add tomatoes(crushed) and tomato paste. Cook about 15 minutes. Add the fresh chopped herbs, simmer about 5 minutes. Fold in baby spinach and cool. Assemble like regular lasagna in layers. Bake at 350 covered for 40 minutes and uncovered 15.
