Cassorole, use lasagna noodles instead of egg noodles, same calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna

1 pound ground turkey
64 oz spaghetti sauce
24 oz cottage cheese
12 oz sour cream
8 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 pound noodles

Recipe Directions for Lasagna

brown meat and onion. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Put a small amount of sauce in the bottom of your pan, then 4 noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese and sauce continue this until all ingredients are used. Cover over night. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
