Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna the Quick Way

10 ounces penne pasta
1 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
4 cups marinara sauce
2/5 pound ground beef

Recipe Directions for Lasagna the Quick Way

Brown ground beef, add to marinara sauce and simmer. Cook pasta. Mix cottage cheese with parmesan cheese and spices. Layer, sauce, 2/3 pasta, cheese mixture, sauce, 1/3 pasta, sauce, and then mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, remove foil, and bake another 15 minutes.
