Home made lasagna; add 62 calories per serving for Unico oven ready lasagna noodles. Total 380 calories per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna, Home Made (sauce only)

1 lb ground turkey
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
28 ounce tomatoes
12 ounce tomato paste
3 cups cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna, Home Made (sauce only)

  1. Brown meat, spoon off excess fat.

  2. Add next five ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes, stir occasionally.

  3. In large bowl combine cottage cheese, parm cheese, eggs (slightly beaten) & seasoning (salt, pepper, 2 tbsp parsley flakes).

  4. Place half noodles (5 per layer, 4 length wise in dish, 1 across the end) in 9x13 glass baking dish.

  5. Spread half cottage cheese mixture over noodles, half mozzarella cheese then half meat sauce.

  6. Repeat one more layer. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

  7. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
