Easy lasagna using my basic crushed tomato sauce with orange juice recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna with Ground Turkey

56 oz crushed tomatoes
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
153 g lasagna noodles
16 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese
5 oz frozen spinach
20 oz lean ground turkey
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
2 c part skim ricotta cheese

Recipe Directions for Lasagna with Ground Turkey

  1. Cook sauce and add chopped carrots.

  2. Chop onion and add to browning turkey. Add garlic.

  3. Boil water and cook noodles.

  4. Slice mozzarella.

  5. Layering in pan = sauce, noodle, meat, cheese, noodle, sauce, meat, cheese, noodle, sauce, and cheese.

  6. Bake at 400 under foil until cheese melts. Remove foil and brown top. 30-45 minutes total.

  7. Remove from oven and let it set for 5 minutes before serving.
