Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Florentine

15 oz Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
2 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Spinach
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1/4 tsp Oregano, Ground
8 oz portabella mushrooms
32 oz Marinara Sauce
8 oz Mozzarella Low Moisture Part Skim Cheese Shreds
8 slice Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese
8 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
8 oz Lasagna

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Florentine

Mix together ricotta, eggs, spices and spinach. Layer lasagna, cheese, carrots and ricotta mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake 15 more minutes.
