Lasagna Cupcakes Recipe

These spinach lasagnas are easy to assemble and require no forks!

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Cupcakes

24 wrappers Won Ton Wrappers
3 cloves, raw Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup Spinach
1.5 cup Cheese
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
1 cup Pasta Organic Tomato and Basil Italian Sauce

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mince 3 cloves garlic and chop 1/2 cup onion. Cook in skillet on low heat until soft, add 1C frozen spinach, cook until spinach warm.

  3. Remove from pan and mix with 1.5C FF Ricotta cheese, set aside.

  4. Prepare 2 bowls, 1 holding 1C pasta sauce and 1 holding 1C mozzarella cheese, set aside.

  5. Take cupcake pan, spray with nonstick spray, place 1 won ton wrap at bottom of each cup. Take a spoonful of spinach mixture to each cup, evenly spread along bottom of each cup. Top with a spoonful of pasta sauce and sprinkle with mozz cheese. Make 2nd layer in exact same fashion: won ton wrap(edges will be sticking out of the cup), spinach, sauce, and mozz cheese.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese melted and edges of won ton wrap are crispy brown.

  7. Allow to cool in pan, and to remove take a knife to run around edges of each cup, then lightly pull out by won ton wrap.

  8. Enjoy!
