Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Cupcake

1 oz italian sausage
2 wonton wrappers
1 tbsp ricotta cheese
1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp marinara sauce

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Cupcake

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Brown italian sausage.

  3. Spray cupcake tin with cooking spray.

  4. Place wonton wrapper in each space of cupcake tin.

  5. Spread 1/2 tbsp ricotta cheese on each wonton wrapper, sprinkle with 1 tsp mozzarella cheese and 1 tsp parmesan cheese. Then sprinkle with 1/2 ounce of italian sausage. Cover with 1 tbsp of marinara sauce. Repeat this layer. Sprinkle top of cupcakes with remaining 1 tsp of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before removing from cupcake tin.
