My kids favorite and an EASY meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Lasagna Casserole

1 lb 95% lean ground beef
1 1/2 jar Ragu
14 oz diced Tomatoes
12 oz egg noodles
24 oz low fat cottage cheese
3 cups Sargento reduced fat mozzarella shredded cheese
6 slices provolone
1 cup parmesan

Recipe Directions for Lasagna Casserole

  1. brown beef

  2. mix with sauces

  3. boil noodles

  4. add to the sauce mixture

  5. mix in cottage cheese and most of the mozzerella leaving some for the top

  6. poor in pan

  7. top with provolone and the rest of mozzeralla

  8. sprinkle with parmesan.

  9. cook for 30 minutes or until heated through and top is bubbly brown
