Recipe Ingredients for Large Turkey Patties

32 ounces fresh ground turkey, meat only, 99% lean
80 grams oat bran
1/2 cup egg whites
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Large Turkey Patties

  1. Saute diced green and red peppers and onion in skillet sprayed lightly with olive oil mist until very soft.

  2. When cool, mix with remaining ingredients. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked to 160 degrees in middle of patty.

  3. Complete cooking or reheated on grill if desired.

  4. Leftovers may be cut into chunks and added to pasta sauce, stir fry, soups or sandwiches.
